John Peacock

John Peacock, co-founder and president of Circumference, is responsible for the overall strategic business and product direction. John is an entrepreneur with 30 years of technology expertise.

John attained an electrical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo. His career began with well-known companies such as Control Data, AES Data and Mitel Networks. In 1984 John ventured out on his own to co-found Cadence Computers, which remains in business today as Kinaxis Inc. The entrepreneurial streak continued and John co-founded Tanager Software in 1994. He later merged Tanager Software with a company called Pyderion, which was acquired in 2000 by Intecom.

Building on his experience in the contact center industry, John co-founded Circumference in 2001 to leverage the on-demand model as an affordable technology to deliver web-based contact center technology that reduces the expense of infrastructure overhead.

John has built a qualified team of high caliber professionals. This team has succeeded in delivering peace of mind to organizations whose main priority is focusing on their core business, while their contact center technology and services are expertly managed by Circumference.


Heather Graham
Vice President

As Circumference’s Vice President, Heather is responsible for the company’s future product initiatives and building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.

With a more than 15-year career spanning diverse industries, Heather brings a disciplined approach to the Circumference team. Having found her niche serving the contact center industry, Heather draws on past successes in customer service, account management, and quality programs.

Heather has been instrumental developing and managing best practices for the company’s Inside Sales/Inside Service Business.


Lee Carey
Vice President of Sales

Lee is a senior sales executive with extensive background and training in integrated computer/telephone solution centers. He acquired his technical, financial and management education through Algonquin College, Ottawa University, Royal Canadian Air Force and independent organizations such as APICS, PMI, and CIM.

Lee’s skills in the operations disciplines (Best Practices) were developed in complex environments such as the Military, Atomic Energy of Canada, Space Research, Mitel, NovaTel, and Consolidated Computer. His sales and account management expertise were developed in the highly matrixed organizations of SHL/MCI, Lockheed Aeronautical Division, Eftia, Control Data Canada and Convergys, with start-up involvement in seven of technology companies.

Lee applies his knowledge and skills to help customers benefit from Circumference’s outsourced services and hosted solutions.
